There's a beautiful shop called Perry & Co. which stocks Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper. They're located across the street from my friend Anita's house in Vancouver and they always have beautiful window displays. Farrow & Ball recently hosted a contest for its stores, asking them to create an original window display idea using their products. The store in Vancouver won. The 2 women who run the shop used a lot of imagination and creativity in deciding to do a Downton Abbey theme. They made-up the mannequins with paint and designed their clothes with wallpaper. Absolute perfection.
I really like this wallpaper, Crivelli Trellis, which I find soothing. I would wallpaper an accent wall or a ceiling, but not a whole room. I find it sometimes jarring when a whole room is patterned.

Wallpaper. Is it a do or a don't for you? Have you ever hung wallpaper? How did it go?
