I've had a really busy week preparing for a trip to Florida that I'm taking next week. My favourite aunt has invited my sister and me to spend a week with her at her lovely home in Pompano Beach - just the girls.  I'll be sharing a room with my sister for the first time in decades.  I wonder if she still talks in her sleep?  It used to freak me out so much when we were younger.

James and the kids will have to fend for themselves next week.  I know they'll appreciate how organized I am when they try to juggle everything that has to get done in a week.  I'm going to miss them terribly but I'm really looking forward to warm sunny weather, long chats over lunch with my sister and aunt, catching up on my reading and just plain relaxing.

I've prepared a week's worth of posts for you so I hope that you will check in for your daily dose of Mrs. Dalrymple.

Things that caught my eye this week:

N˚ 1  Kari Herer's shop on Etsy.  She creates incredibly beautiful and creative photographs using illustration and flowers.  Here's an example:

N˚ 2  Listening to Ron Sexsmith's latest album "Forever Endeavour" which was just released on February 5.  It's as brilliant as his other albums.  Give it a listen and see for yourself.

N˚3  Following on Pinterest this week:  Kelly Blakemore

N˚4  On my wishlist for summer:  Charlotte Olympia's perspex clutch

N˚5  A recipe for croquettes that I'm dying to make.

I wish you all a great weekend.
